2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are provided in case of visa denial for reasons beyond the User's control, provided that all documents were correctly completed. The service fee is refunded in full.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, the User must contact support with the order number. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Payment Security

All payments on the Site are processed through certified payment providers. Bank card data is not stored on the Company's servers and is transmitted through secure communication channels.
