This document is an official offer (public offer) by AirSurfer LLC (hereinafter — Service Provider) to enter into an agreement for visa services with any person (hereinafter — Client) who accepts the terms of this offer.
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Client with assistance in processing visa documents, and the Client undertakes to pay for the said services in accordance with the procedure and conditions provided by this agreement.
The cost of services is determined at the time of placing the order and is indicated on the payment page. Payment is made in full before the services are provided. Acceptance of the offer is the payment of the order.
The Service Provider undertakes to provide services in a timely and professional manner. The Client undertakes to provide accurate documents and information necessary for the provision of services, as well as to make payment on time.
All disputes and disagreements arising between the parties shall be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved out of court, it shall be referred to the court at the place of registration of the Service Provider.
